Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colour, texture, and length. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the natural variation of human hair, we cannot guarantee an exact match. We recommend using our colour matching service or contacting our team prior to purchase for assistance.

Order Process

When placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

- All personal and payment information provided is accurate and complete.
- You are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud or misuse.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna (where available), and any other methods listed at checkout. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping option selected. All timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees.

Once orders are dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays or issues beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and untampered products. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed conditions and instructions.

Opened packaging or any signs of wear (including brushing, washing, colouring, or styling) will void eligibility for return or exchange.

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

All items will be inspected upon return. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are not considered faulty.

Use of Our Products

Curated Hair Extensions are crafted from high-quality, ethically sourced human hair and require proper care to maintain their longevity.

We strongly advise that:

- All semi-permanent extensions are applied and removed by a certified professional.
- Only sulfate-free, extension-safe haircare products are used.
- Heat tools are limited to low-medium settings (maximum 180°C / 356°F).
- Extensions are brushed gently with a loop brush or wide-tooth comb.
- Hair is tied up while sleeping or during physical activity.

Chemical Exposure Warning

Exposure to chemicals or environmental agents may cause discolouration or damage to the hair. This includes but is not limited to:

- Chlorine (swimming pools)
- Saltwater (ocean)
- Tanning sprays or self-tanners
- Hard water with high mineral content
- Toners or shampoos not specifically formulated for extensions

Curated is not responsible for any damage or colour changes caused by chemical exposure, improper maintenance, or misuse. We advise following our Aftercare Guidelines for best results.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website - including branding, product names, logos, text, images, and designs - is the property of Curated Hair Extensions and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or modify any part of our content without prior written permission.

Liability
