Refund policy

At Curated, we are committed to providing premium hair extensions that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully to ensure your order qualifies.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are only accepted on unopened, unworn, and untampered products. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging with all tags intact.
  • Hair must not have been worn, brushed, altered, dyed, or exposed to styling products.
  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the product packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Opened hair extensions
  • Hair extensions that have been custom coloured, trimmed, or fitted
  • Sale items or promotional bundles
  • Clip-in or tape-in extensions once removed from their original packaging


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items for a different shade or product. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@curatedhairextensions.com within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Let us know your order number and the product you’d like to exchange.
  3. Once approved, return the product in its original condition.
  4. You will be responsible for return postage costs, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at support@curatedhairextensions.com with your order number and clear photos.
  • Faults must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
  • All products will be thoroughly inspected by our team before a refund or replacement is issued.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene or quality standards.
